Based on your initial request and all the details we discussed, like style, paper selections, ink color, and any other specific design elements, we'll put together an estimate for your project. Your spot on our calendar will be secured as soon as the estimate is accepted and a 25% retainer is received.

Time for the nitty gritty. We'll start with a mock up based on all the things we discussed initially. You'll have up to three rounds of revisions to fine tune the aesthetic. Once we have final design approval, you'll send your list of names and/or addresses to us so we can start the calligraphy process.

Let's get started
Once all the calligraphy is completed, we'll double check our work and make sure we have everything spelled right and squared away. Then, we'll bundle up your order and send it out to you. Keep an eye on your mailbox for a big, beautiful box of custom stationary!

No. 1
Once you've selected your wedding stationary, you'll send your envelopes, save the dates, place cards, or anything else you would like calligraphed to me. I'll get to work on making them beautiful and send them back to you.
No. 2
It depends on the number of envelopes being addressed, but typically 2-3 weeks. We'll discuss your timeline before scheduling anything and establish when the envelopes need to arrive in our studio and when they should be back to you so everything goes seamlessly!
No. 3
Head on over to our contact form to let us know your event date, the estimated number of guests, and what you have in mind. As long as there is availability on our calendar, we will send you an estimate and a link for a non-refundable retainer. Once paid, you've locked in a spot on our calendar!
No. 4
We have several options for reception and event stationary in our shop for those who don't have their own. For envelopes, in order to ensure a matching suite, we do require you send your own due to the variety of sizes, paper types, and colors on the market.

I absolutely LOVE working on custom orders. Just head on over to the contact form and let me know what you have in mind. We'll work together to come up with the perfect creation and bring your vision to life!

We completely understand that in our current times, the event planning process is much more fluid than typical. If your event is postponed due to COVID-19, we will work with you to rebook a new spot on our calendar and transfer your existing retainer to the new date. If your event is postponed for other reasons, there may be a small fee for rescheduling. If your event is cancelled due to COVID-19, we will offer a partial refund of your retainer, less any labor and costs already incurred by the studio.
